We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor (0-3 PQE) to join our Housing team in our Manchester office (with cross‑office working at times). You will be joining one of the UK’s foremost housing management teams who have a wealth of experience in acting for Registered Providers. The team works on varied and complex matters including anti‑social behaviour, housing management possessions, injunctions, committals, housing disrepair, property condition and hoarding cases, access cases and housing management policy advice.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing a varied caseload of housing litigation matters on behalf of Registered Providers, with appropriate supervision
• Advising on and progressing cases involving:
• Anti‑social behaviour
• Possession proceedings and housing management litigation
• Injunctions and committal proceedings
• Housing disrepair and property condition claims
