THE ROLE & TEAM

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a qualified solicitor (2 PQE) to join the Manchester office in our growing Investment & Property Management team within our Real Estate Group.

The team are made up of experienced property lawyers who provide an efficient and cost-effective service. They handle a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions including acquisitions and disposals, asset management and corporate support work, as well as providing strategic advice.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Draft, review and negotiate a range of commercial property documents, including leases, licences and related agreements
• Support on investment and property management transactions and corporate support matters, ensuring matters each are progressed efficiently and to a high standard
