Key Responsibilities - Responsible for day‑to‑day operation of thru‑hole equipment
- Ensure thru‑hole equipment operates at the required quality level
- Monitor KPIs and provide daily reports on Back‑End process performance
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on thru‑hole equipment
- Ensure all safety systems on through equipment are operating correctly
- Develop and validate selective soldering programs
- Develop and validate Press‑Fit programs
- Develop and validate soldering thermal profiles
Requirements - 5 years or more experience on the SMT process
- Technical degree in Electronics or a related field (required). An Engineering degree is desirable
