Job Description

This role focuses on precision hand soldering of through-hole electronic components, wires, and connectors on printed circuit boards and assemblies during the 2nd shift (2:00 . to 10:30 . You will follow detailed work instructions and industry standards to build, inspect, and rework high-reliability electronic products in a clean, ESD-controlled manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision hand soldering of through-hole electronic components in accordance with Method E standards.
• Solder wires, leads, and connectors to printed circuit boards (PCBs) and electronic assemblies.
• Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings to ensure accurate builds.
• Inspect solder joints and completed assemblies for quality, reliability, and compliance with IPC standards.
