Soil Scientist / Agronomist

Our client, an environmental projects company, is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual for the position of Soil Scientist / Agronomist in the Technical Business Unit located in Irene.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Client liaison to determine the needs of the client and to provide feedback.
• Develop and present solutions, proposals, and implementation plans to clients including but not limited to:
• Development of rehabilitation plans
• Evaluation of fertilizer needs from soil analysis
• Soil classification
• Plant identification
• Crop management plans
• Pasture management plans
• Rehabilitation assessments
• Soil impact assessments and evaluation
• Soil conservation and management plans
• New project planning (scheduling), budgeting, and implementation.
