Position Overview
We are hiring an experienced Solutions Engineer to support Silicon Photonics (SiPh) test solutions for semiconductor customers, including foundries, IDMs, and OSATs. This role combines presales technical support with postsales customer account technical support, working closely with customer test and engineering teams to ensure successful solution adoption, rampup, and ongoing operation in R&D, NPI, and manufacturing environments.
Key Responsibilities
PostSales Customer Account Technical Support (Primary Focus) Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts after solution deployment. Provide ongoing postsales technical support to ensure successful installation, rampup, optimization, and steadystate operation of SiPh test solutions. Troubleshoot SiPh testrelated issues and coordinate closely with internal applications, service, and engineering teams for timely resolution.
