Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 6-12 months of progressive experience in software quality assurance.
• Experience in various types of web applications, including HRIS, Procurement, CRM, Task Management, or other parts of ERP systems, is a plus.
• Basic understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and software testing lifecycle (STLC) methodologies, including agile, iterative, and waterfall approaches.
• Basic proficiency in test case design, execution, and defect tracking using industry-standard tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Selenium).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., Java, Python) and scripting languages (e.g., Shell, PowerShell) is a plus.
