About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager to lead a small, growing engineering team (currently 2–4 engineers). This role blends hands on technical leadership with people management and cross functional collaboration. You will drive architectural decisions, contribute to complex system design, and ensure high quality engineering practices while guiding and developing your team.
