OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Lithography Tool Software Engineer to support semiconductor customers within regional operations. This role involves providing software support, troubleshooting, and technical coordination in a cleanroom manufacturing environment, while acting as a key liaison between local engineers, customers, and headquarters in Japan. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide on-site support in semiconductor cleanroom environments at customer facilities
Deliver software support for semiconductor customers within assigned region
Troubleshoot software issues and prepare technical reports for customers
Set up, maintain, and manage lithography equipment and related support software
Acquire and apply fundamental knowledge of lithography tools and operations in daily work
Prepare software release notes and technical documentation in English
Respond to support needs outside regular hours (weekends, holidays, or night shifts when required infrequent)
