Responsibilities:


+ Implement the sms chat channel for Zoom Contact Center.

+ Assess the task from PM/UX and give feedback from a technical perspective.

+ Perform DB/Architecture design.

+ Implement test scripts for backend API.

+ Troubleshoot production issues and perform fix or enhancement.

+ Implement scheduled call back related features.

+ Design and implement service monitoring system.


What we're looking for:


+ Requires a Master's degree in Computer Science, Management and Systems, a related field, or a foreign degree equivalent.

+ Must have 1 year of experience in job offered or related occupation.

+ Must have 1 year of experience in Core Java; Java sprint Boot; AWS - Amazon Web Service; Restful API; Microservice Framework; Kubernetes; Database SQL; and Python.
