Now we’re looking for a Software Engineer who wants to build the product behind those digital employees. Someone who enjoys solving real client problems, understands the product behind the code and knows how to turn messy ideas into clear, shippable work.

What you’ll do

As a Software Engineer, you’ll join our Digital Employee Management Platform squad. This is the part of Freeday that helps clients configure, coach and manage their digital employees. Think skills, flows, integrations, coaching loops, admin tooling and the portal experience around it. You bring product sense, client empathy and engineering ownership.
