Key Responsibilities

User‑Centered Design & Strategy
· Lead end‑to‑end UX design efforts from discovery through delivery
· Conduct and synthesize user research (interviews, journey mapping, usability testing)
· Translate user and business needs into user flows, wireframes, and prototypes
· Define experience principles and design standards aligned to enterprise objectives
