Role We are hiring our first Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to build our AWS production environment from scratch, architect and build our AWS Bahrain infrastructure from the ground up.
Responsibilities - Own Terraform IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
- Implement container orchestration using ECS or Kubernetes.
- Implement security, logging and monitoring to meet VARA and SOC 2 standards.
- Manage PostgreSQL in production, ensuring high availability, backups and zero‑downtime migrations.
- Lead incident response and on‑call practices as we scale.
- Work directly with the founder to shape the technical foundation of the company.
Qualifications - 5+ years in DevOps/cloud engineering.
