The Services required are set out as follows: To engage with identified students on a regular basis over a prolonged duration and provide positive mentoring and/or counselling support for students and their families. To connect with identified students, build positive relationships and contribute to their holistic development and positive school outcomes. To plan and conduct student-centric interventions, including student outreach, learning journeys, home visits and/or family engagement sessions where necessary, customized to students' needs and aligned with the School's efforts. To plan and facilitate group-based programs targeting students with identified social, emotional, or behavioral needs, in consultation with the School's student support team.
