Position Overview
Job description: Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be deployed to support the school's educational support team through the following: Casework & Mentoring:
Engage with identified students regularly to provide prolonged mentoring and/or counselling support for them and their families. Relationship Building:
Build positive relationships with students to contribute to their holistic development and school outcomes. Intervention Planning:
Plan and conduct student-centric interventions, including outreach, home visits, and family engagement sessions. Group Work:
Facilitate group-based programmes for students with identified social, emotional, or behavioral needs. Reporting:
Observe and identify student needs, reporting cases to School Leaders or Student Management Personnel for further support. Collaboration:
Attend case review meetings with the Student Welfare Officer (SWO), Special Educational Needs Officers (SENOs), and school counsellors. Referrals:
