Job Title: Social Worker – Safeguarding

Pay Rate: £35 per hour

Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker to join its client’s Safeguarding Team based in Hammersmith and Fulham.
In this role, you will be responsible for protecting vulnerable adults by conducting safeguarding enquiries under the Care Act 2014, assessing risk and coordinating multi-agency responses to ensure safety and wellbeing.
