Job Description

The Social Worker conducts intake interviews, prepares comprehensive social case studies, and assesses clients’ socio-psychological status. Facilitates group therapy sessions, workshops, and support groups while providing counseling and crisis intervention to individuals and families. Coordinates with healthcare professionals to ensure integrated rehabilitation care, performs home visits and field reports, and actively participates in family discussions and program-led activities to support clients’ overall well-being.
