aQua Dialysis is seeking a part-time Master's Level Social Worker to be a key member of the treatment team for patients in our Lufkin dialysis center.
As a dialysis / renal social worker, you will provide support for the patient and family who are adjusting to the challenging and overwhelming diagnosis of end stage renal disease (ESRD). You will be the patient's advocate and serve as a bridge in communicating the patient's needs to the treatment team members, which consist of the nephrologist, nurse, dietitian, patient, and of course the social worker.
