Liquid Personnel is looking for experienced and resilient Social Workers to join its client’s Duty and Assessment Team based in Lancashire. This is a fast-paced role ideal for professionals who thrive in dynamic environments and are passionate about safeguarding children and supporting families at the point of referral.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake initial assessments and Section 47 enquiries

  • Respond to referrals and complete timely risk assessments

  • Liaise with families, schools, and partner agencies to gather information and coordinate support

  • Make informed decisions about next steps for children and families
