Position Overview
Main Duties and Responsibilities - Facilitate parents understanding of programme and needs of child, and enrolment of students into EIPIC.
- Establish rapport, engage parents and conduct holistic bio-psycho-social assessment of child's and family's needs, risks and strengths
- Demonstrate knowledge of available community resources, evaluate and identify areas for follow up (e.g. referral to internal/external resources)
Documentation and Administrative Tasks - Participate in team meetings/case discussion, take notes and maintain good record keeping
- Complete documentation (e.g. case recordings) accurately and promptly for other professionals who are working with child
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports for governing agencies, collate information and submit government means-test applications
