Duties:
+ Strategy and Vision
+ Develop and implement a comprehensive, multi-channel social media strategy aligned with organizational goals, marketing campaigns, and ministry initiatives
+ Stay ahead of social media trends, algorithm changes, and digital and SEO best practices to keep the ministry’s digital presence innovative and relevant
+ Maintain a unified, authentic brand voice while allowing flexibility for individual platform cultures
+ Ensure all social media output maintains the theological alignment, tone, and brand standards of Joni and Friends
+ Content Creation and Brand Management
+ Plan, edit, and oversee the production of high-quality, engaging content (copy, video, graphics, and stories) tailored for brand, team, and personnel channels
