Position Overview
- Handle daily management and content publishing for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
- Develop posting schedules and optimize posting time, tags, topics, and titles.
- Track key metrics including views, engagement, and follower growth.
- Manage DMs, comment interactions, fan care, and community funneling.
- Deliver weekly reports and monthly performance reviews.
- Work with the content and livestream teams on traffic growth and conversion.
- Familiar with the operating rules of at least one or two major platforms.
- Capable of reading basic performance data (retention, conversions, etc.).
- Comfortable using spreadsheets and scheduling tools.
- Strong execution, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure.
- Experience in short-form video or livestream industries is a plus.
