Position SMT Management Specialist
Responsibilities - Perform overall production operations and line management of the PCBA manufacturing process.
- Lead the establishment of quality standards, defect analysis, and improvement activities within the SMT process.
- Handle technical communication and responses with major clients (headquarters and external).
- Oversee daily inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of SMT equipment.
- Manage material supply plans and inventory required for the SMT process.
- Collect data and prepare reports for new line construction and process optimization.
