About the role

TRS Staffing is currently searching for an SMP Supervisor to join our esteemed clients team based in the Pilbara. This position is based on a 2/1 FIFO roster from Perth for a 6-month duration.



Duties and responsibilities

Supervise SMP works on-site

Lead and coordinate trade crews

Ensure safety and compliance standards are met

Conduct pre-starts and toolbox talks

Monitor progress and report daily

Resolve site issues promptly

Skills and experience required

5 years’ mining/construction experience

Relevant Trade Certificate

Valid Driver’s Licence
