Position Overview
Responsibilities
- Saucy meat and chicken rolls: Special expertise in the preparation and wrapping of seasoned meat and chicken döner rolls (dürüm).
- Daily döner cone preparation: Ability to marinate and build (bind) an authentic döner cone by hand every day.
- Special sauce recipes: Skill in preparing unique döner sauces from outside the Finnish market.
- Smash Burger expertise: Perfect mastery of high-temperature griddle techniques.
Requirements
- Language requirement (Working language): The working language is English. The applicant is required to have good and fluent English language skills to ensure international kitchen cooperation, understanding of recipes, and team communication.
