El Paso County is seeking to engage one temporary contingent staff member for a 3 month contract to support a critical Smartsheet improvement initiative. The consultant will quickly acclimate to an existing Smartsheet architecture and enhance functionality, usability, and adoption across the organization. This is not net-new implementation—it’s enhancement, troubleshooting, and scaling. Responsibilities include: Decompose stakeholder requirements, lead solution demonstrations, support testing and UAT, and provide knowledge transfer to ensure successful implementation. Improve an existing Smartsheet PPM framework and Resource Management environment to support resource planning, time tracking, forecasting, capacity management, and utilization reporting.
