THE ROLE

✅ Slinging and securing loads safely for lifting operations

✅ Carrying out pre-use checks on lifting equipment

✅ Ensuring loads are balanced and safe to move

✅ Working closely with crane operators and site team

✅ Following all health & safety procedures at all times

✅ Keeping work areas clean and organised

✅ Supporting general site duties when required
