THE ROLE

• Slinging and securing loads safely for lifting operations
• Carrying out pre-use checks on lifting equipment
• Ensuring loads are balanced and safe to move
• Working closely with crane operators and site team
• Following all health & safety procedures at all times
• Keeping work areas clean and organised
• Supporting general site duties when required

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Previous site experience
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Good communication skills
• Reliable, hard-working attitude
