Skilled Site Support The Skilled Site Support on the Hibco team is responsible for assisting the construction team across residential, commercial, modular, and/or restoration projects in various capacities. This includes site preparation, material handling, tool maintenance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards. The individual will collaborate closely with the project manager, site supervisor, and other trades to ensure projects are completed on time, efficiently, and safely. This position reports to the Field Manager.

The Skilled Site Support must be reliable, safety-conscious, and physically capable of performing a variety of tasks on the construction site. They should have a strong commitment to teamwork, efficiency, and maintaining a clean, organized, and productive work environment.
