We are seeking meat processing workers to perform a wide range of tasks, including handling, slaughtering, boning, Slicing and processing of Beef Meat.
Multiple positions available for skilled meat workers including Boners, Slicers and Slaughters.
ABOUT THE ROLES AVAILABLE:
Roles Include :
- stun and kill livestock.
- prepare carcasses for further processing by removing internal organs and hides.
- operate switching controls to direct and drop carcasses and meat cuts from supply rails to boning tables
- cut meat to separate meat, fat and tissue from around bones
- wash, scrape and trim foreign material and blood from meat
