Essel is seeking skilled construction laborers to join our team on various commercial and residential projects. This role requires hands-on experience with construction tools and techniques, as well as a strong commitment to safety and quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Perform general construction tasks such as site preparation, material handling, and cleanup

+ Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively

+ Assist skilled trades with framing, drywall, concrete, and other construction activities

+ Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized job site

+ Must have a All PPE (Hard hat, Safety Glasses, Vest and Steel Toed Boots)

+ Collaborate with team members and supervisors to complete assignments on time

Requirements

+ Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience preferred

+ Ability to safely operate hand and power tools
