Position Overview

Veterans Alliance is partnering with a Client in Tucson, AZ to offer a hands-on SkillBridge training opportunity for transitioning service members seeking careers in aviation maintenance and MRO operations .

This program provides real-world experience in a heavy maintenance, modification, and inspection environment , supporting commercial and military aircraft in a structured hangar setting. Participants will be integrated into maintenance teams and gain exposure across multiple disciplines including mechanical, avionics, structural repair, quality assurance, and operations leadership .
