Position Title: Site Surveyor

Department: Construction / Projects

Reports To: Construction Manager / Project Manager / Senior Surveyor

Location: Site‑based, with travel between project sites as required

SPEC‑Africa requires a highly experienced Site Surveyor who will be responsible for carrying out accurate site measurements, setting out works, verifying levels, preparing survey data, and supporting the construction team to ensure that works are executed according to drawings, specifications, and project requirements. The role is critical in ensuring that construction activities are correctly positioned, measured, recorded, and controlled to avoid errors, delays, rework, and cost overruns.
