- Ensure site safety & worker understand and compling the safety guideline
- Guide and ensure worker safety & understand how to use the machinery
- Giving daily toolbox meeting and highlighting to workers the importance of safety and daily work scope
- Sign and manage daily worker timecard
- Report to site manager the daily site and work status
