Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily site operations, coordinate workers, and ensure that all work is carried out safely, properly, and according to project requirements. Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities. Arrange manpower, materials, tools, and equipment for site work. Monitor workers' attendance, work progress, and quality of work. Ensure all works are completed according to drawings, specifications, and project schedule. Liaise with project manager, clients, main contractors, subcontractors, and workers. Conduct site checks and report progress or issues to management. Ensure workplace safety rules and company procedures are followed. Assist in resolving site issues and coordinating work schedules.
