Responsibilities

• Supervision and inspection of Construction Projects
• Ensuring timeliness and quality of work
• Monitor Daily Accomplishments
• Prepared quantity estimates needed for the Project
• Identifies labor, materials, and time requirements

Qualifications

• Preferably a Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect (not licensed but highly experienced applicants are welcome)
• At least 1 year experience in house construction
• Willing to be assigned to various projects (NCR, Cavite, Laguna, Rizal, and other nearby provinces)
