The Field Safety Representative (FSR) serves as an on-site specialist in safety by implementing best practices and procedures within the company that effectively control accident and health exposures and minimize OSHA citations.

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**

+ Educating / training labor about safety measures.
+ Assist in case management of incidents (accompany employee to urgent care.)
+ Assist in post-incident investigations.
+ Maintain accident reports / records.
+ Write initial incident reports (by occurrence.)
