• Own reliability across our Azure‑based cloud platform and continuously improve it.
• Actively use AI tools to work smarter—faster root‑cause analysis, intelligent alerting, automated runbooks, and predictive scaling.
• Deep‑dive production incidents, identify root causes, and build robust automation that persists.
