Position Overview
1. Provide technical assistance and advice to both the sales personnel and customers and maintaining a high standard of service to the Company's clients through quality service and professionalism in attending to customers' needs. 2. In charge of planning and coordinating project/service initiatives to make sure they can complete within the budget and according to schedule and accepted by customers. Planning and Scheduling 1. Assist in co-ordinating, scheduling, planning and supervising of purchases, production and site management. 2. Review the scheduling, purchasing, installation, commissioning, operation of equipment / machinery to ensure that all objectives of safety, completion time and profitability are met.
