Position Overview
Responsibilities - Well versed with Primavera P6 and MS Office software packages
- Creating planning schedules
- Submitting daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
- Attending client meetings and preparing Minutes of meeting
- Coordinating site construction activities and preparing reports for higher management
- Understanding all contract requirements and early flagging of any delays
- Preparing construction look ahead schedules and recovery schedules
- Coordinating with subcontractors for timely delivery of the project
- Coordinating with site construction team for timely preparation of invoices
- Adapting to preparing detailed planning package covering L3 L4 schedule, histogram, EPC curves, progress measurement system, critical path analysis and recovery plan
