Site Pharmacist – Manufacturing Operations

We are recruiting for a Site Pharmacist to join our Manufacturing Operations team. This role reports to the Value Stream Manager and is based in Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Leading and coordinating a team of production operators to deliver daily production targets safely and in compliance with GMP standards.
• Monitoring shop floor performance, identifying issues in real time, and driving problem solving to ensure consistent output and quality.
• Developing team capability through coaching, performance management, and ensuring required training and discipline standards are met.
• Ensuring strict adherence to safety, quality, and operational procedures, including participation in audits, investigations, and compliance activities.
