Mancon Inc. is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to support warehouse and distribution operations for a large-scale Government logistics program. This position requires a strong operational leader capable of managing fast-paced distribution activities, maintaining efficient day-to-day operations, and ensuring high levels of performance, accountability, and customer support within a mission-critical environment.


Responsibilities


+ Provide overall supervision for the Contractor employees to include, but not limited to:

+ Plan and manage the contract professionally

+ Coach and mentor supervisors and leads ensuring that work is scheduled properly to obtain maximum use of resources

+ Ensure that accurate and timely reports are provided

+ Effective supervision to prevent inefficient or wasteful methods in the performance of services ordered

+ Execute cost saving factors...
