Position Overview

Responsibilities: Oversee and manage all on-site activities as Site Manager. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors effectively. Manage materials and equipment on site. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Maintain strong communication with project stakeholders throughout the project duration. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field. SACPCMP registration is mandatory. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry. Experience in managing residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Strong leadership and communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Knowledge of construction procedures, regulations, and standards. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Valid driver's license. Benefits: Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
