Equans is looking for a Site Manager to join our team at Venture House, Greasbrough Street, Rotherham S60 1RF. This is a full‑time, permanent role with a £30,000 salary per annum and a benefits package.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday. Any 8 hours between 6:00am and 10:00pm, with a 1‑hour unpaid lunch.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the day‑to‑day running and security of the site.
• Ensure all safeguarding requirements are met, including all relevant training.
• Lead a team of multi‑skilled caretakers to provide an exceptional service to all project stakeholders.
• Provide an effective, efficient reactive and planned maintenance service for the school, upholding the required standards outlined in the PFI Performance Management document.
