About the Role

Alpha Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager / Fit-Out Supervisor to join a growing team working across shopfitting, fit-out and refurbishment projects.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong site management experience who is also willing to support trades on-site when required. The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day operations, manage subcontractors, maintain health & safety standards, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
