Responsibilities
The Site Manager is responsible for the organization and supervision of all site work in cooperation with the Project Manager.
Assist in work scheduling, material requisition planning and project supervision.
Assist Project Manager in monitoring and managing the day-to-day operations including site progress, quality, safety and project cost monitoring.
Carry out regular site inspections to identify potential construction related issues or contractual disputes and remedy through appropriate solutions.
Assist Project Manager to liaise and coordinate with Consultant regarding submission reports and facilitate HDB audits.
Assist Project Manager to organize respective site operational meetings related to project matters.
Compilation of the construction plan MOS and implementation of project management and quality management systems.
