ROLE:

The relevant role is a 6-month contract Site Manager position delivering a $1.5M refurbishment and mech upgrades for a Defence project in Wagga Wagga, with an expected start date out on site to be early June.
  

RESPONSIBILTIES:

• Managing and coordinating all subcontractors and trades on-site
• Ensuring all aspects of the build meet the quality standards and the project is delivered within time and budget allocated
• Resolving any disputes that may arise
• OH&S measures and procedures

REQUIREMENTS:

• Site Manager experience for a Commercial headcontractor 
• Defense project experience heavily favorable 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Availability for a June start
• Living local to the Wagga Wagga region
