The client, a well-established main contactor, are looking for a Site Manager to support delivery across a portfolio of residential and commercial developments in the North East. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of exciting projects, whilst developing towards a senior site manager and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

- Leading the day-to-day running of construction sites
- Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
- Monitoring site progress against programme and reporting on key milestones
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety regulations and company procedures
- Conducting site inspections, quality control, and snagging processes
- Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams
