Position Overview
- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate workers and subcontractors
- Ensure work is completed according to drawings, instructions, and project timelines
- Assist with all kinds of site work including civil, MEP, finishing, maintenance, and general labor coordination
- Support technicians and workers in completing tasks efficiently
- Monitor manpower, materials, tools, and equipment on-site
- Identify and resolve site issues quickly to avoid delays
- Maintain site discipline, safety, cleanliness, and work quality
- Coordinate with engineers, supervisors, suppliers, and management
- Check completed work and ensure proper finishing standards
- Report daily site progress, material requirements, and workforce updates
- Ensure workers follow safety procedures and company policies
- Be flexible and ready to handle urgent site requirements and multiple responsibilities
