Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Governance
- Direct all phases of the power plant decommissioning, dismantling, and asset recovery activities.
- Establish project governance, performance baselines, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Manage the master project schedule to ensure milestones are met without sacrificing safety.
- Control the project budget, tracking variances and implementing mitigation strategies.
Safety, Compliance & Risk Management
- Champion a zero-harm safety culture across all internal teams and third-party contractors, adhering to the EDC HSE system.
- Ensure compliance with local, national, and regulatory agencies, and relevant environmental laws.
